Job Purpose & Responsibilities

  1. Manage a group of VIP customers order fulfilment through:
  • providing timely order management report and information to customers;

  • providing a timely feedback (within 1-2 working days) of acknowledgement to customers for new and change orders;

  • maintaining a good rapport, communication and interaction with customers;

  • coordinating order management activities with internal Make/Sell and Buy/Sell sources;

  • ensuring on-time delivery to customer is met by working with 3PL on timely booking for shipment;

  • providing full set of shipping documents and ensuring timely invoicing to customer;

  • working with customer on timely LC issuance and prompt payment.

  1. Ensure that all customer complaints are officially and appropriately documented on Customer Complaint Information (CCI) form and adhering to ISO requirements.

  2. Drive Order fulfilment closure on a monthly basis with a fulfillment report as QTD vol.

  3. Handle all customers enquiry on new product request and developments, and relatedactivities and channel to internal team for follow up.

  4. Guide or assist customer service representatives to handle difficult order fulfilment such as escalations and complicated claim issues.

  5. Deep dive into the teams KPI and drive for key actions & improvements.

7.Review and update CS process document to ensure compliance within SCM.

  1. Work with Commercial team to clear AFG; and Finance team to clear past due. Support inventory management and control DTW cost.

Requirements

  1. Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management or relevant discipline.

  2. 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the area of customer service or account management.

  3. Strong communication and coordination skills.

  4. Team player with customer service orientated mindset.

  5. Resourceful in providing solutions to customers.
