Job Purpose & Responsibilities The Product Manager will be responsible for regional product management activities for LNP portfolio, and will focus on the Asia Pacific region. The product manager must be fluent in industry standards, practices, product attributes, and customer needs that are unique to the LNP products, and deliver a differentiated product and service experience to regional markets and customers.

  • Works with Senior Portfolio Manager to incorporate Market and Customer Needs into Product Solution Roadmaps (MGPP) and Launch Timelines. Define and implement growth and product line improvement projects for Asia Pacific Region.

  • Sets regional growth strategy for the LNP product portfolio. Implements, maintain and execute policies for self and cross functional team

  • Develops in-depth product expertise. Delivers Product Training to continuously upskill Technical and Commercial Stakeholders

  • Manages All Aspects of Product Life Cycle to optimize regional growth and profitability for LNP Portfolio.

  • Ensures communication of product strategy and needs across all business functions and drives creative and collaborative cross functional working environment with Technology, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial stakeholders.

  • Understand and monitor regional market dynamics, competitor, and supplier dynamics, adjusting strategies and plans accordingly

  • Demonstrate long-term commitment to targeted and prominent regional industries, and engage with agencies, universities and/or advisors to develop a path towards industry leading solutions.

  • Monitors relevant competitive activities in order to develop a differentiating product strategy.

  • Provides regional support for LNP Products in the Asia Pacific region.

Requirements

  • BS/BA Degree, MS or MBA Preferred

  • 5+ years in plastics industry experience preferably in technology, marketing or sales.

  • Global and cross-functional experience base

Desired Skill Ability to signal, initiate and implement improvement needs in product, process and procedures.

Relevant technical competencies and experiences.

In-depth knowledge of interconnecting processes.

Knowledge of sales/marketing concepts in alignment with specific business knowledge.

Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams.
