Job Purpose & Responsibilities Job Purpose
The high heat business of Specialties is a 330 MM$ revenue business with the ambition to double the revenue within 5 years. This implies a significant focus on external promotion, positioning and successfully delivering on prioritized growth opportunities. The Product Executive role is an essential contributor to deliver that business strategic intent. It implies combining strong analytics with business acumen and implementation leadership on key initiatives to support high heat business ambitious growth roadmap.
Product Executive will provide important analytical support to high heat business managers and new business development teams by (1) Perform CRM analysis, STNC, STNB, YoY comparison etc to report business performance and make recommendations of actions arising from potential gaps (2) Highlight trends and needs to improve say-do performance on target growth opportunities including translation effectiveness
Develop and roll-out communication collaterals (internal or external) in support of aggressive growth strategy, which includes product primers, brochures, product training packages, boot camp coordination, digital content in website etc.
Create and maintain the information sharing deck (CRM folders) for high heat business
Lead competitive intelligence activities for the business. Product Executive works as a focus point to collect all competitive information about competitors new product development, capacity expansion, M&A activity and focus market trends etc and report out at a periodically manner.
Work collaboratively with the Marcom organization to deliver high quality marketing promotion content, public announcement in digital media and external meetings, public conferences, shows and exhibitions etc.
Lead specific initiatives/projects and collaborate with cross-functional/cross-regional teams to support regional business growth.
Tactical support of business management teams for activities such as datasheet clean-up, data analysis, SAP information correction etc
Minimum of 5 years of specialty thermoplastics experience.
Good understanding of high heat thermoplastics products, applications and markets.
Knowledge of finance, sales& marketing, fundamental business understanding and acumen
Strong analytical skills with EXCEL
Ability to work with cross-functional and cross-regional teams, excellent collaborative, networking skills and team spirit.
Fluent in Chinese and English
Energized, self-motivation, self- starter
