Job Purpose & Responsibilities

Role Purpose:

This is a 12 month Co-op. EID accelerates both technical and leadership development of entry-level talent to build our finance talent pipeline for the Organization.

  • Work cooperatively in a team concept.

  • Assist team on ad hoc projects.

  • Identify and execute opportunities in systems/process improvements.

Major responsibilities include:

EIDs will be assigned to experience the following types of assignments during their program experience with consideration for technical development needs, availability of assignments, and personal preference:

  • Financial Reporting

  • Inter-company Accounting

  • Fixed Assets

EID members will have the opportunity to learn about accounting for an industrial business through practical application. EID is designed to successfully integrate finance with other key business processes.


Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Business Degree with a 3.0/4.0 GPA

  • Experience in MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), analytical skills; strong communication skills.
